Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and chili88 ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern the use of the website, application, services, games and all functions available on the chili88 platform.

Account Registration

2.4 Identity Verification

chili88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or when unusual activity is detected. This verification process is carried out to meet anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Payment Methods

chili88 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction and per payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawals are usually processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved. The time depends on the payment method chosen and the processing speed of the relevant third party.

3.4 Own Funds

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted. chili88 reserves the right to hold or return funds if there is a mismatch between the account holder's name and the name of the payment method owner.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New chili88 members are eligible for a welcome bonus of 200% of the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM200, bringing the account balance to RM300. For a deposit of RM1,200 or more, the maximum bonus given is RM1,000, bringing the balance to RM2,200.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus value before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 15 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 15 = RM15,000

Only wagers made using bonus funds count towards fulfilling the wagering requirement. The actual deposit amount can be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal limit.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in all accounts involved being suspended and bonuses forfeited. chili88 uses an active monitoring system to detect such activity.

Game Rules
